  Peyton is 2 months old!!!
  
  We had so much fun this month. Peyton has been more alert and seems to "study" everyone and everything around her. She has some spontaneous smiles and "coos" quite a bit. Mommy and Daddy love to have conversations with her.
  
  Peyton had a great Doctor visit this month. She is weighing in at 8 lbs. 3 oz. and is 21 inches long. This is still in the 5th percentile, but Dr. Hewett says she is developing beautifully (she is just a little peanut!). He gave us his blessing to start feeding her every 3 hours now instead of every 2 hours. She got her first big round of immunizations and screamed at the top of her lungs. She quickly forgot though and was just a little sore the rest of the day.
  
  Mommy and Daddy have been enjoying taking Peyton all over the place. She really likes to be out in a crowd. We must have a social butterfly on our hands. We have gone to lots of dinners, shopping, and even her first hike! Peyton loves to ride in the Baby Bjorn on Daddy's chest. We hiked a few miles with Aunt Kim and Uncle Monkey and she didnt make a peep!
  
  We are starting to get on a really good evening schedule. Peyton goes to bed at 7pm, eats again at 9:30pm, and then doesn't wake up again until 3:30 or 4am. After that, we are up again at 7am. Pretty good for such a little girl!
  
  We are looking forward to an exciting month three. We will keep you posted!
