Happy 10 months to Peyton!
As usual, it has been a very busy month! PopPop and Lisa came to visit for an early Christmas celebration. It was so fun to see them!
It was Peyton's first Christmas and Santa came to visit 3 times!!! He came to Raleigh early and brought Peyton a wagon and lots of fun toys. It was a very special morning for the three of us. Then, he came to Mimi's house on Christmas morning and brought lots of clothes and books. Finally, he stoppped by Grandma and Grandpa's house and brought more clothes and toys! It came as no surprise that Peyton was very spoiled this year.
Peyton continues to eat like a champ! She loves bananas and peaches, but her favorite is mandarin oranges. She got two more teeth!!! She now has a total of EIGHT!!!
Peyton is crawling better than ever, although she isn't very motivated to turn over and get moving on her own. She loves to pull up on your hands and stand with support. Her most favorite game is peek-a-boo!
It has been an exciting month. We are starting to gear up for the big first birthday!!! Time has flown!!!
Much Love!Comments:Add a comment:

Have 9 months gone by already?! So Peyton has officially been outside of the womb for as long as she was in it.
We have had a very busy month. At the beginning of November, we flew to Orlando for UCF's Homecoming. We saw lots of friends and took advantage of the Munroe Family's amazing hospitality. Nolan was a natural big brother. He and Peyton got along great!
In mid-November we flew to Destin, FL to visit PopPop, Lisa, and Lindsey. The beaches were beautiful and Peyton loved to play with the sand.
Unfortunately, on the flight home Peyton came down with a stomach flu and wasnt feeling so great. She bounced back quickly, but managed to share the flu with Mommy, Grandma, Grandpa and MiMi. Somehow Daddy eluded the virus!
Speaking of the extened family, they all came to visit for a wonderful Thanksgiving. Peyton wasn't so sure about mashed potatoes, but did like to smear them all over her tray.
Peyton got two more new teeth this month for a total of FIVE! She has two top teeth and three bottom teeth. In light of her new teeth, Mommy and Daddy decided it was time to try solid foods. She is eating the Puffs like a champ and loves to snack on them. She also likes soft carrots, bananas and peaches. The doctor gave his blessing to try cut up meats now too.
We decided to make a change in Peyton's child care. Now, Daniela and Patty split the week and care for Peyton while Mommy and Daddy are at work. They both provide a wonderfully loving environment for Peyton. She loves to watch and play with their kids, who are just as sweet as can be. They all take such great care of Peyton and we are so blessed to call them friends.
Stay tuned for another busy month in December!
Much Love!!!Comments:Add a comment:
